CEU COURSES FOR SALE

ATTENTION – Anyone seeking CEUs prior to the license renewal biennium deadline of February 28th

Monday, February 8, 2010, is the LAST DAY that you can purchase CEU Audio CDs from FSOMA, in order to have them count for the February 28 deadline. We have to allow time first for FSOMA’s process (receiving order, processing payment, instruction to mailhouse to send out CDs); mailhouse process of receiving instruction/order and shipping out discs); we have to allow time for your process (receive discs, listen to them, take the test, get the test to FSOMA) and then again for FSOMA’s process (grading tests and entering into CEBroker). Audio CDs purchased after that date (February 8, 2010) will NOT have their tests processed for the February 28 biennium deadline.

Please also be aware that:

  1. All tests must be completed and returned to the FSOMA PO BOX 331097, Atlantic Bch FL 32233 by Monday February 23rd.
  2. Any other method of submission (e.g. FAX, Email attachment) must also be received by Monday February 23rd.
  3. All tests will be graded and posted in CE Broker (for the FL Board of Acupuncture) by Friday February 26th.
  4. Please be sure your NAME (as it appears on your license) and your AP number are on EVERY page (at the top/ in the header)
