FSOMA provides educational opportunities to its members including
annual State and national conferences offering reduction in cost
of CEU courses and reduced rates to attend AAOM national conferences. We
have more Oriental medicine vendors at our annual meeting than
you can shake a stick at.
We keep our members current with e-mail and website postings
about ongoing CEU opportunities.
FSOMA’s mission is: To promote the
profession of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine through clinical
excellence, practitioner support and freedom of public access.
We maintain an active participation into the legislative process
through our Lobbyist and our annual Acu-Ed Day, where we spend
a day with legislators during the legislative session, educating
about and demonstrating our skills.
We invite each and every licensed practitioner and student to
become join us and to become active in continued maintenance
of our Practice Act through open dialogue , visibility and support
of the FSOMA “ your association”.
We have an executive director who answers our association phone
and your questions five days a week.
